NDD Parklet Program
In an effort to increase pedestrian traffic and provide safe outdoor experiences that respect COVID-19 guidelines, the NDD offers both traditional wooden structures and pop-up parklets. All parklets are fully insured by the NDD. If conditions allow, the parklets are also furnished with shade structures.

Maintenance and Operations
The NDD’s Ambassador program is iconic and their bright yellow and black uniforms are readily recognizable throughout the Downtown. NDD Ambassadors patrol the District’s sidewalks and streets and keep them free of litter, attend to Downtown walkways, assist pedestrians, and interact with local businesses and stakeholders.
